If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, all cancellations must be made in writing via email to Sussex Green Woodworking

If the cancellation notice is received 28 days or more before the workshop start date, the participant will receive a refund of the workshop fee minus the £50 non-refundable cancellation fee.

If the cancellation notice is received less than 28 days before the workshop start date, the participant will not receive a refund of the workshop fee.

If the participant fails to attend the workshop without any prior notification, no refund will be issued.

In case of emergency situations such as illness or family emergencies, the workshop organiser may consider rescheduling the participant’s attendance to a future workshop. However, this is at the discretion of Sussex Green Woodworking and not guaranteed.

Sussex Green Woodworking reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, low enrolment or other emergencies. In such cases, Sussex Green Woodworking will offer a full refund or reschedule the participant’s attendance to a future workshop.

Vouchers are valid for a full 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used during this period. After the expiry date the voucher cannot be used unless an extension period has been agreed with us in writing.

By registering for the workshop, the participant agrees to abide by this cancellation policy.
